Golf Costa Del Sol - Spain Mijas Los Lagos Tips
Mijas Golf has two well established courses on the Costa del Sol, Los Lagos and Los Olivos. They are both very popular courses for locals and golfers on holiday and offer an enjoyable round with wider fairways than many other courses.
Los Lagos was designed by one of golf s greatest designers who believed that every hole should be a hard par and an easy bogey. Hole 11 is a shorter par 3, but again there is water surrounding the green. Sometimes there is a bit of wind so take a club extra is the best advice.
Hole 16 is a slight dogleg to the right so drive to the left of the fairway. Make sure you take enough club to the green as the front bunker catches a lot of second shots.
Mijas Golf Course is always a joy to play and a great place for some drinks and food after where the friendly staff always look after you.
Always enjoy your golf.
